Yesterday, I decided to not use any form of social media for 24 hrs. It was amazing; I came out on the other side happier and with a more realistic view of how important my wife and son are to me. I think I’ll probably start doing this more often.
Another 5am hike before work. Trying to get ready for Pikes Peak in 2wks. 😉
